The eagle holds a sceptre in his dexter talon and an orb in the sinister talon. Upon its breast on a shield - a knight in the cloak sitting on the horseback slaying a dragon toppled over and trampled by the horse); inscriptions - over the coat of arms in two lines: "РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ" (THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION), under the coat of arms in two lines - the denomination and the date, on bottom along the rim: to the left - the mint trade mark, in the centre - indications of the precious metal and its fineness, to the right - the fine metal content.
