In the field, two coats of arms, that of Philip the Good on the left (first and fourth quater of modern Burgundy; second quarter of Burgundy old-Brabant,; third quarter of Burgundy old-Limburg) superimposed by the coat of arms of Flanders. On the right the Luxembourgish shield with rampant lion to the left and forked tail on a field of 7 pieces. All surrounded by the legend between an inner double girdle and an external girdle.
Reverse
Saint Andrew standing en face, draped, haloed, holding his cross in saltire with both hands, dividing the legend, surrounded by a double inner girdle, the legend and an external girdle.
