The reverse of the coin features an image of the so-called Sweet William catchfly (Lith. Lietuvinė naktižiedė) – a plant included in the Red Book of Lithuania. The flower is surrounded by the inscriptions LIETUVINĖ NAKTIŽIEDĖ and Silene lithuanica.
